We do not require a deposit when you book a castle with us. |
| ● | Payment of the HIRE is required when we arrive at the event and prior to setting up the unit. We require cash payment on the day or payment can be made by cheque if it is sent to us 10 days before the event. |
| ● | BUMP N JUMP reserves the right to cancel the booking when, in its judgement, weather conditions or site restrictions will be detrimental to its equipment. |
| ● | For Delivery: To find out your distance from Kallaroo or Port Kennedy, please go to the Where is Website and enter your address and the BUMP N JUMP address (Lavinia Court, Kallaroo) into Get Directions. |
| ● | Once the unit is set up and the event is cut short due to rough weather the full amount for the hire is non-refundable. |
